Satisfaction Commitment

We stand behind every engagement. If our work does not meet your expectations, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right.

Our commitment

Axiom Longevity provides strategic biological intelligence. Every report, protocol, and consultation represents significant analytical work tailored specifically to you. We are confident in the value of that work.

That said, we also understand that not every engagement meets every expectation. If you are unsatisfied with the outcome, we want to resolve it.

Refund eligibility

What qualifies for a refund

  • All paid services (Data Interpretation Report, Blueprint Intensive, Concierge 90)
  • Within 30 days of report delivery or engagement start date
  • Good faith engagement with the process (data submitted, communication maintained)

What does NOT qualify

  • Free resources (nothing to refund)
  • After 30 days from delivery or engagement start
  • Incomplete data submission (if you did not provide the data needed for analysis, the report cannot be completed)
  • Chargebacks (if you file a chargeback, you are not eligible for our refund process)

How to request a refund

Step 1: Email us

Send an email to hello@axiomlongevity.co with:

  • Subject line: "Refund Request"
  • The email address you used for your engagement
  • The service you want refunded
  • A brief description of why you are unsatisfied

We review every request personally. If there is something we can improve or resolve, we will offer that first.

Step 2: We respond

We will reply within 48 hours to discuss your concern and determine the best resolution.

Step 3: Resolution

If a refund is the right outcome, it will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. It may take an additional few days for your bank to post the credit.

Partial refunds and upgrades

If you started with a Data Interpretation Report and later upgraded to the Blueprint Intensive, the refund amount is based on the upgrade price paid, not the full price of the new engagement.

For Concierge 90 clients who want to end the engagement early, we will calculate a prorated refund based on work completed to date.

Chargebacks

Please do not file a chargeback without contacting us first.

Chargebacks hurt small firms like ours and come with fees. If you have a concern about your engagement:

  1. Email us at hello@axiomlongevity.co
  2. We will resolve it quickly (usually within 48 hours)
  3. If you are within 30 days, we will issue a refund if appropriate

Technical issues

If you experience a technical issue (email not received, file access problem, broken link), this is not grounds for a refund. Contact us and we will resolve the technical issue immediately.

Questions about refunds

Do I need to give a reason for the refund?

We ask for a brief description so we can improve, but we will not deny a valid refund request based on your reason.

Can I get a refund after 30 days?

The 30 day window is firm. After that, all engagements are considered final. We encourage you to review your deliverables promptly.

What if I want to pause my Concierge 90 engagement?

Contact us to discuss. We can often accommodate pauses for travel, health, or scheduling changes without requiring a refund.
