What we provide

Axiom Longevity provides longevity intelligence and biological strategy services. These include data interpretation reports, strategic longevity blueprints, ongoing concierge engagements, and educational content related to biological optimization.

What we do not provide

We do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions. Our services are strategic and educational in nature. We are not a healthcare provider, and nothing we deliver should be interpreted as medical advice.

Service delivery

Deliverables are provided digitally via email and secure document sharing. Consultations are conducted remotely or in person, depending on the engagement tier. Timelines vary by service level and are communicated during onboarding.

Engagement tiers

Data Interpretation Report

A one time analysis of your existing biological data (bloodwork, DNA, imaging) delivered as a written intelligence report.

Blueprint Intensive

A comprehensive engagement including integrated data analysis, a 90 day optimization roadmap, and a strategy session. Delivered remotely or on site in Koh Samui.

Concierge 90

A full 90 day strategic partnership with ongoing protocol refinement, biomarker monitoring, and direct access to your strategist.

Free resources

Certain educational materials are offered at no cost. These are delivered digitally and do not constitute a paid engagement.

Payment and pricing

Payment processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

Currency

All prices are listed in USD. Your bank may convert the charge to your local currency and may apply conversion fees.

Price changes

We reserve the right to change service pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect engagements already purchased.

Taxes

Prices do not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes required in your jurisdiction.

Refunds and cancellations

Nature of deliverables

Because our reports and protocols involve significant personalized analytical work, we ask that you engage in good faith and communicate concerns promptly. We are committed to resolving any issues before they require a formal refund.

Permitted use

Personal use only

All reports, protocols, and materials delivered through our services are licensed for your personal use only. You may:

Use your reports and protocols for your own health strategy
Share your reports with your personal healthcare providers
Store copies of your deliverables for personal reference

Prohibited uses

You may NOT:

Share, distribute, or resell our reports, protocols, or educational content
Use our deliverables for commercial purposes or to advise others professionally
Modify or create derivative works from our materials
Remove copyright notices or attribution

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your engagement and legal action.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Thailand.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Axiom Longevity regarding your use of our services.
